Today we carried out a live, on air tasting and discussed with Sally about pairing artisan gins, tonics and garnishes and how the flavours can be complimented by the right dish. We had a great time - Thanks Sally, you seemed to enjoy it too!

The 4 gins, tonics and dishes which we took with us:
1) Limbeck - New Western Style was paired with Fentimans tonic water, garnished with orange and juniper berries and served with a chicken satay skewer.
2) Nelson's Gin was served with Franklin & Son's Natural Indian tonic water with a lime and kaffir lime leave garnish and complimented by Thai chicken cakes with sweet chilli sauce.
3) Tottering Sharpener was served with Peter Spanton No. 1 London tonic, garnished with lime and served with a chocolate based keylime pie.
4) Love Gin paired with Dr John William Polidori's Indian tonic water, garnished with strawberries and served with a chocolate cup filled with strawberry cream.
